We would like to introduce you to our Owner and Head Chef, Matthew 'Boppa' Lipscombe.

Matt has over 20 years experience in the industry and prides himself on only using the best quality produce and sourcing as much local product as he can. 

His attention to detail not only makes the dishes he prepares taste amazing but they are visually delicious too!

Having catered for grand events with over 600 guests, working with celebrity chefs at long lunches and take away food stalls for community festivals, his capabilities are endless.

Out the front, you will find Trina behind the bar (or chatting to guests at tables!).

She has been in customer service for the majority of her working career and wouldn't have it any other way. Although her passion is making sure you aren't thirsty, with our range of beers, wines, cocktails and coffees, she will help you organise your

special event with us. From birthdays, to business dinners, to weddings or even a romantic marriage proposal.

She loves seeing all our regular faces and did we mention, she loves a chat?!
