Meet the team...

We would like to introduce you to our Owner and Head Chef, Matthew 'Boppa' Lipscombe.

Matt has over 20 years experience in the industry and prides himself on only using the best quality produce and sourcing as much local product as he can. 

His attention to detail not only makes the dishes he prepares taste amazing but they are visually delicious too!

Having catered for grand events with over 600 guests, working with celebrity chefs at long lunches and take away food stalls for community festivals, his capabilities are endless.

Welcome back to our enthusiastic and energetic Tasman Splatt!

Taz has been a team member here at Clock by the Bay for several years. He has ventured out to start his mobile business, Mister Container Catering and graces us with his presence to share his extensive knowledge and skills.

Noah is studying his apprenticeship with CBTB and trust me when I say, 

'Look out Paul West, you have competition on your hands!'

This lad was born to cook and with the talented, experienced chefs he is working with, I promise he will have his own cooking show before we know it.

Out the front, you will find Trina behind the bar (or chatting to guests at tables!).

She has been in customer service for the majority of her working career and wouldn't have it any other way. Although, her passion is making sure you aren't thirsty, with our range of beers, wines, cocktails and coffees.

She will help you organise your special event with us. From birthdays, to business dinners, to weddings or even a romantic marriage proposal.

She loves seeing all our regular faces and did we mention, she loves a chat?!

And introducing our smallest team member, Bevvie.

She is our Party Girl!!!

She will be the center of attention at Grand Events and Backyard BBQ's.

A spit fire by name and by nature, don't let her size fool you.

Book her in at Bar O' Clock so she can provide the best mobile bar service along the

Great Ocean Road and around Regional Victoria.
