Booking Bevvie...

Bevvie will be dressed to impress and ready to serve your guests upon their arrival.

She will bring 2 of her friends, to serve your drinks for up to 60 guests.

She will attend your function for a minimum of 5 hours but is always happy to stay longer upon booking!

Pricing begins with the following:

$900 for 5 hours serving time plus $200 for each additional hour (until 11.00pm)

No travel charges apply for the first 25km from home. (Clock by the Bay, Portland)

Each km, over 25km, please add $3.00.

(Public Holiday rates will be applied if applicable)

What you will get with Bevvie:

Ice buckets

60 wine glasses

75 flute glasses

2 staff

What Bevvie will need when she arrives:

Access to your coolroom with drinks ready to go

Ice - we suggest flaked as it lasts longer

Power and a reasonable flat surface

Does Bevvie cater for larger bookings?

Absolutely!! She loves a big crowd too.

She will be able to bring additional staff and glassware

Does Bevvie do Cocktails?

Yes, indeed :) We love to make your event as customised to you as we can.

Bevvie does not have glass washing facilities.

A 50% booking fee will be required to hold your date.

This will become nonrefundable 6 months before the day.

Full payment is to be finalised one month prior to your event.

A small bond is required for loss and breakages of glassware.

Bevvie's Mum & Dad also own a restaurant 'Clock by the Bay',

so they are very happy to talk about tailoring food and beverage packages just for you!
